SHIPPING CHARGES FOR YOUR ORDER 

GROUND SHIPPING; Continental U.S. Orders up to $100.00 - flat fee of $10.00.                                                                                                                                                                                      

GROUND SHIPPING; CANADA - Orders up to $50.00 - flat fee of $20.00. Orders between $50.01 and $100.00 - 15%

Most orders over $100.00 FREE SHIPPING. Some items may require additional freight.  See explaination below.

Normal delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Items that "may require additional freight charge", require special packing and handling.  The shipping will be a minimum of 20%.   If the shipping is over 20% we will let you know "before" we process your order.

ALASKA & HAWAII:  Minimum of $20.00 or about 65% of total.  Delivery time 5-7 business days.  This includes Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico as well as US millitary APOs FPOs.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Minimum of $28.95 or about 90% of total.  Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days after the order is processed.

RUSH 2-DAY SHIPPING:  Minimum of $22.95 or about 65% of total.  Estimated delivery time 3 business days after order is processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Shipping is now available to Canada

RETURN POLICY

TEN DAY RETURN POLICY:  Should any item not meet your expectations, you may return it to the address on the packing slip within 10 days of receipt for a prompt exchange or refund. Refund is minus shipping charges as this is considered a used service.  At our sole discretion, we may apply a 20% restocking fee on any item returned for a refund.  Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer for replacements.  (Items returned after 10 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee)

BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:  Please contact within 3 business days of receipt and we will give you special instructions for getting your replacement(s).

AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:  In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% to 35% restocking fee.  To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package.
