Q  How much do I have to order?

A   You can order as little or as much as you like.  Shipping for orders up to $100.00 is a flat rate of $10.00 for US orders, $20.00 for Canadian orders up to $50.00 and 15% on Canadian orders between $50.01 to $100.00.  For more details see "Shipping".

Q   How can I pay for my order?

A   We accept Visa, Mastercard,and PayPal.

Q   Do you ship outside the US?

A   Yes, we are now shipping to CANADA.

Q   What is your Out-of Stock Policy?

A   The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering, is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand.  We strive to update our "Temporarily-Out-of-Stock" items frequently, however we cannot guarantee the availability of every item at the time you place your order.  In the event an item you have ordered is not available we will notify and provide (if possible) an approximate date the item is expected to become available and ask that you re-order it at that time.  We first try to contact you by e-mail and give you 3 days to reply.  If we are unsucessful,  we will then try to phone you at the number you have provided.  Be sure to give us your current e-mail address and phone number.

Q   What is your order cancellation policy?

A   Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as orders are processed upon receipt.  You may however return the items for a refund minus shipping charges.  Please "Contact Us" to let us know you will be returning the unopened boxes/items for a refund.
